In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's Account Balance.

11.3 Technical Errors. 11.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. 13.1 Jurisdiction. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos868 is licensed and incorporated. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that they access the Platform on their own initiative and at their own legal risk.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and bos868, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. bos868 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body in bos868's jurisdiction of incorporation.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or arbitral body, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
